great service but room for improvement

I appreciated the high level of respect shown by the staff, particularly Larry, who demonstrated exceptional customer service skills. The hotel’s effort in communication was evident, making sure all my queries were addressed promptly.

The room itself did not meet my expectations for cleanliness.

We stayed for 2 nights and hit up the Shenandoah River for rafting and the Charlestown Race Track and Casino. The staff was super friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Can't wait to come back and make more memories!
