great service but room for improvement
I appreciated the high level of respect shown by the staff, particularly Larry, who demonstrated exceptional customer service skills. The hotel’s effort in communication was evident, making sure all my queries were addressed promptly.
The room itself did not meet my expectations for cleanliness.

We stayed for 2 nights and hit up the Shenandoah River for rafting and the Charlestown Race Track and Casino. The staff was super friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Can't wait to come back and make more memories!
We did have a small issue with the Wi-Fi connection that was a bit frustrating during our stay.

I had a nice stay with a comfy bed and a great shower that really helped me relax after a long day on the road. The peaceful ambiance and the inviting pool were just what I needed to unwind. The only hiccup was that the WiFi was a bit spotty, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 🌟

Couples looking for a decent getaway
I stayed for 2 nights and the place offered a clean room and quiet environment, which is hard to find sometimes. Plus, the staff were very accommodating. I mean, they recognized my friend's military service and offered a discount, who does that nowadays?
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but definitely reasonable.

missingWrote a review on Mar 13exceptional servicefresh productsfrustrating wi-fihigh pet feespoor pricing
Customer service was highlighted by Larry, who provided exceptional hospitality during our stay. However, the accommodations left much to be desired. the Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow, reminiscent of dial-up days. Pet fees were unexpectedly high for the quality of the stay, and the overall pricing didn't match the experience offered. Consider better options nearby before settling here.
